The exerciser is designed for the physical training of athletes engaged in various sports, is very effective for increasing the width of the muscles of the back and forming a beautiful body shape.
There are several options for exercising: lat pull down and overhead press with narrow, medium and wide grip. The more narrow the grip – the smaller is the load on the lats and the bigger on the middle part of the back. Accordingly, the wider the grip, the greater the load on the upper part of the lats.
