Xline XR101 Lat Pull Down Exercise Machine
he sports equipment is aimed at physical training of athletes engaged in different kinds of sport. The exercise machine builds the muscles of the back creating beautiful proper body shape.
There are several techniques of lat pulldown – narrow, medium and wide grasp. The more narrow the grasp the more load gets the central part of the back instead of lats. Accordingly, the wider the grasp the more load gets the upper part of the lats.
The exercise machine is equipped with supporting pad which locks the position of legs.
