Lever Lat Pulldown exercise Machine is designed to train the muscles of the back. The sports equipment is essential for physical training of athletes engaged in different sports. It is very effective for building the width of the back muscles and shape a beautiful body.
The structure eliminates erector muscles, and carefully isolates the lats.
The simulator is equipped with a height adjustable seat and adjustable support for the chest that allows to optimally customize the exercise machine according to the height of an athlete.
There are two alternatives of exercising: pull down to chest level and pull down behind the head by narrow, middle or wide hold. The narrower hold is, the less strain is on lat muscles and stronger strain on middle part of the back and vice versa.
