The Back Muscles Exercise Machine combines the functions of two exercises – the lat pulldown equipment and pulley row equipment. Thus the structure is a perfect solution for sports and gym because it is twice as functional taking up a little space.
Loaded muscles
Following muscle groups can be developed on the lat pulldown section: lats, deltoids, trapezoid muscles – the main load, biceps, forearm muscles and other muscles of the hands – secondary load.
Such muscles are aimed at during activities on the pulley row section: lats, trapezoid, rhomboid, stretching and big round back muscles. Thus in one way or another the process involves the biceps, triceps, deltoid and pectoral muscles.

The metal structure of the equipment is coated with white powder paint.

A filler of upholstery – dual-layer foam. The material withstands heavy loads,resistant to deformation and shrinkage.
For safety, all sharp edges and elements of the equipment are closed with plastic caps. You can also choose the color of the caps. (4 suggested above).
