Cross Over Cable Machine by Inter Atletika is intended for physical training of athletes engaged in different kinds of sport and is very effective in forming a strong and beautiful body shape.
The machine has four cables blocks – two upper and two lower. Using various handles and accessories, it is possible to perform a large number of exercises.
The upper blocks are designed to perform the following exercises: crossover, chest fly, triceps curl, lat pull down, curl to press.
The lower blocks are designed for the following exercises: cross leg raise, low row, incline row, upright row, biceps curl, arm raises, chest fly.
In addition to the blocks, the machine is equipped with a crossbar to perform pull-up and hanging knee raise.
There are available options with a total weight of 60 kg stacks (ST 103-60) and 80 kg (ST 103-80).
