The upper blocks are designed to perform the following exercises: crossover, flies, arm extensions, lat pull down, crunches.
The lower blocks are designed for the next exercises:hip abduction, hip transverse abduction, pull ups etc.
In addition to the blocks, the exerciser is equipped with a crossbar to perform pull ups and lifting the legs.
There are available options with a total weight of 60 kg stacks (ST 103-60) and 80 kg (ST 103-80).
