There are several techniques of lat pulldown – narrow, medium and wide grasp. The more narrow the grasp the more load gets the central part of the back instead of lats. Accordingly, the wider the grasp the more load gets the upper part of the lats.
The exercise machine is equipped with supporting pad which locks the position of legs.
